De plaats dankt haar naam aan de prachtige ligging op de top van een heuvel, die enerzijds uitkijkt op Doornik en anderzijds op het noorden van Frankrijk. Het domein heeft alles in huis voor een leuk dagje uit : een speelplein (met spelen van goede kwaliteit) voor alle leeftijden, een minigolf en vooral een plezierige rodelbaan. Een terras kijkt uit op de speelplein. In de omgeving zijn aangename wandelingen mogelijk. Bovendien vindt u op de Mont Saint-Aubert verschillende hotels, restaurants en tavernes die in de zomer druk bezocht worden.
