Hoeve, voormalig dienstgebouw van het verdwenen "Hof van Plaisance" of het Kasteel van Lauwerijn. Het kasteel, vermoedelijk daterend uit het begin van de 16de eeuw, gelegen in een dubbele omgrachting, was ingeplant ten zuidoosten achter de kerk en was toegankelijk via een dreef ten zuiden van de kerk op het Stee. Het kasteel van de heren van Watervliet, Lauwerijn, werd gesloopt in 1828 en de stallen, ten zuidwesten ervan, vermoedelijk uit het einde van de 18de eeuw werden ingericht als hoeve. De wallen bleven aan twee zijden bewaard.
