Zogenaamd "Hotel La Sapinière". Hotel volgens kadasterarchief gebouwd door herbergier Th. Cochuyt-Sabot in 1932, aangepast en voorzien van zadeldaken met pannen circa 1970. Roodbakstenen gebouw van twee bouwlagen, oorspronkelijk onder plat dak, nu met twee kruisende zadeldaken. Vooruitspringend middengedeelte van drie traveeën voorafgegaan door overdekt houten terras met erboven balkon, hoger opgetrokken in gecementeerde puntgevel met opgeschilderde huisnaam. Rechthoekige vensters, op de bovenverdieping van het middengedeelte met afgeschuinde bovenhoeken, grotendeels bewaard schrijnwerk met bovenlichten met gestructureerd en gekleurd glas.
