Resten van een seminarie, gesticht in 1664 voor de studenten van het Latijns college van de reguliere kanunniken van Sint-Augustinus (zie Regulierenplein). Dit seminarie bestond uit twee huizen, geschonken door Willem Van Langenacker. In 1824 werd hier het stadscollege in ondergebracht. In 1864 opgenomen in de tuin der benedictinessen, thans Onbevlekte Ontvangenisschool, gelegen in de Sint-Jansstraat. In 1872 op de voorgevel na afgebroken.
