Beschermd als monument bij M.B. van 22/12/2005. Eclectische villa's met lichte art-nouveau-inslag. Baksteenbouw van één travee en drie bouwlagen op verhoogde begane grond. Blauwhardstenen sokkel waarin vensters van het souterrain; trap en balusterborstwering. Markante loggia waarboven driezijdige erker met gestileerd stucwerk in de casementen van de borstwering; bekronend balkon met balusterborstwering. Bekronende borstwering met oculi. Rechthoekige en rondbogige vensteropeningen, deels in geriemde omlijsting. Dubbele terrasdeur in de loggia, gekleurd glas in bovenpartij.
