Doorniksesteenweg nr. 210. Eclectische villa, z.g. "'t Wit kasteel", van industrieel E. Florin naar ontwerp van J.R. Van Hoenacker (Antwerpen-Kortrijk) van 1910. Villa met parement van witte en grijze baksteen voor muurbanden en decoratieve banden. Typerend deurrisaliet doorgetrokken in toren met leien bedaking met lantaarn onder leien peerspits. Vensterrisaliet uitlopend in puntgevel -onder overkragende dakstoel met windbord- gemarkeerd door arduinen bow window bekroond met ijzeren hek.
