In 1939 naar ontwerp van architect Spéder gebouwd geheel van vier handelspanden met een twee bouwlagen hoge, gespiegelde lijstgevel in modernistische stijl, opgetrokken in gele baksteen en beton. De ietwat verhoogde traveeën uiterst links en rechts in de gevel, evenals de door oculi geflankeerde betonnen pijlers in het midden, doorbreken de zo typerende horizontale geleding van de vlakke pui, de trapeziumvormige erkers met ver uitkragende kroonlijst, de betonnen pseudo-kordons en het met zwart geglazuurde dekstenen afgeboorde platte dak.
