Dit prachtige kasteel draagt nog steeds de naam van zijn eerste eigenaren: Brunsode. Het is in de 17e eeuw gebouwd, in Lodewijk XII-stijl. De vierkante toren bestond echter al in 1294, en hoorde bij een oude versterkte burcht. In 1972 werd het kasteel door de gemeente gekocht en in 1990 werd het geheel gerenoveerd. Het hoofdgebouw doet voornamelijk dienst als feestzaal; in de bijgebouwen in de zuidvleugel van het kasteel, vinden culturele activiteiten plaats. In de orangerie worden workshops gegeven, de boerderij is tegenwoordig een Jeugdherberg en de stallen zijn omgebouwd tot bijenmuseum.
