De cyberneticatoren, ook wel de Schöffertoren genoemd, is een abstract werk van 52 meter hoog, opgebouwd uit stalen buizen. De toren werd in 1961 neergezet bij het Congrespaleis en staat op de Waalse monumentenlijst. Deze visionaire installatie is bijzonder origineel. Het frame, voorzien van platen, spiegels en bladen in allerlei vormen en allerlei afmetingen, wordt in beweging gezet door een elektronisch brein, dat zorgt voor beweging, licht en muziek. Dit is het belangrijkste werk van de Frans-Hongaarse kunstenaar Nicolas Schöffer, de vader van de cybernetische kunst.
