De Côte de Saint-Nicolas is een klim in de gemeente Saint-Nicolas in België. Het is vaak opgenomen in de Liège–Bastogne–Liège wielerklassieker, waar het als een van de laatste moeilijkheden komt, op ongeveer 6 km van de finish in de naburige gemeente Ans. Met een lengte van 1,4 km en een gemiddelde hellingsgraad van 7,6% is het vaak een beslissende plek in de race.
De klim wordt de Italiaanse Heuvel genoemd, vanwege de samenstelling van de immigrant bevolking en hun nakomelingen - vaak uit Sicilië en het zuiden van Italië. Hun aanwezigheid wordt vooral uitgedrukt door de vele Italiaanse vlaggen die buiten de ramen hangen, vooral tijdens de race dag van Liège–Bastogne–Liège.
