Het Zwartland is een gehucht in Zemst in de Belgische provincie Vlaams-Brabant. Het gehucht sluit aan bij het dorp Zemst-Bos en bestaat uit het merendeel van de Verbeetweg. De Laarbeek vormt de westelijke grens van het gehucht.De naam "Zwartland" is afkomstig van de grond die er ligt. Achteraan de Verbeetweg is er een deel van de bodem die zichtbaar donkerder is dan het direct omliggende gebied, bijna zwart. Deze grond is niet alleen vruchtbaarder, maar ook donkerder omdat zich een rijke bron aan water onder de bodem bevindt. Vóór de bouw van de waterwinning in 1978 was het nog veel drassiger op Het Zwartland.
