Het Capucijnenklooster is de monastieke stichting van Soignes waarvan de geschiedenis het kortst is: het duurde slechts 170 jaar, de Franse revolutionairen maakten er in 1796 een einde aan. Tegenwoordig is het terrein volledig herbebost, maar de paden tekenen nog steeds de oude rechthoek van het klooster (Noorddreef, Putdreef, Zuiddreef en Terschurendreef).
