De begraafplaats van La Roche bevond zich niet altijd op de huidige locatie.
Aanvankelijk lag de begraafplaats rond de Sint-Niklaaskerk. Daarna werd ze verplaatst naar de huidige parking "Quai de l'Ourthe". Uiteindelijk - aangezien ze te klein is geworden - werd ze verhuisd naar waar je hem nu vindt.
Op de begraafplaats zijn er enkele merkwaardige graven met o.a. een lourdesgrot en 3 kapellen.
Eigenaardig genoeg vond ik er ook graven met zerken voor koppels waarvan bij geen enkele de sterfdatum was ingevuld, wat er zou op wijzen dat beoioiden nog leven maar reeds een grafzerk hebben voorzien?
