De Herderskapel is een houten wegkapelletje met Mariabeeld.
Op die plaats wordt al een kapel aangeduid op de kadastrale kaart Popp (circa 1850), de huidige kapel is in de 20ste eeuw heropgericht. Naar verluidt in de 19de eeuw opgericht door een schaapsherder van de nabijgelegen hoeve Hoeckaert, als dank voor genezing.
Op de kapel staat het opschrift "Gij die hier passeert te peerd of te voet vereert Maria met een Weesgegroet". Bij de kapel staat een rustbank als uitnodiging tot gebed.
