Van aan de historische panden van de Dorpskring, het centrum van Lubbeek, wandel je het glooiende Hageland in. Je komt door holle wegen, weidse akkers en velden geflankeerd door bossen naar het gehucht Heide, dat vroeger Werveldt genoemd werd. Het imposante Herendaelhof staat al in dit landschap sinds 1698, het is nog steeds aan actief landbouwbedrijf met paardenstalling.

Voor je op pad gaat: Dit is een wandeling op een virtueel wandelnetwerk. De knooppunten zijn niet bewegwijzerd op het terrein. Volg de 6-hoekige rood-witte bordjes met de naam van de wandeling.
