Wandel via de Heirbaan, Donkelstraat en de Dotermontstraat tot natuurgebied de Grote Ge(k)te. Daar zijn picknickbanken, speelgelegenheid, een uitkijktoren en composttoilet. Volg dan de Yzerenweg lijn 22 tot de Geensmolen. Daar wandel je terug via de Getedijk, Getestraat en Houtekruisweg.
