13 à 14 km langs GR12 Amsterdam - Parijs, tussen Ranst en Kessel. Let op: de route is ondertussen gewijzigd in Kessel en komt niet meer langs het station. Toch is het stukje langs de Kleine Nete, de Kesselse Heide en het fort van Kessel zeker nog de moeite waard! Zoals een groot deel van de route dat eraan voorafgaat trouwens.
