Lessoc is een plaats en voorheen een zelfstandige politieke gemeente in het district Greyerz van het kanton Fribourg in Zwitserland. Op 1 januari 2002 fuseerde Lessoc samen met Neirivue, Albeuve en Montbovon tot de nieuwe gemeente Haut-Intyamon. De vroegere Duitse naam Lissingen wordt tegenwoordig niet meer gebruikt.
Lessoc ligt op 812 m boven zeespiegel, twaalf kilometer ten zuiden van het districtshoofdplaats Bulle. Het gehucht strekt zich licht verhoogd uit aan de noordzijde van de puinconus van de Wildbach Torrent aan de oostelijke rand van het Saanetal, in de Haute-Gruyère, oostelijk van de Moléson-keten. Het voormalige gemeentelijke gebied besloeg ongeveer 14,8 km². Het gebied strekte zich uit van de Saane, die ten westen van het dorp tot het meer van Lessoc is opgestuwd, oostwaarts over de puinconus van de Torrent tot de aangrenzende Fribourgse Alpen met Pointe de Cray en Pra de Cray.
