Bedburg-Hau is een gemeente in de regio Nederrijn in het noordwesten van de Duitse deelstaat Noordrijn-Westfalen en behoort tot de Kreis Kleef in het Regierungsbezirk Düsseldorf. Op 31 december 2020 telde de gemeente 12.973 inwoners op een oppervlakte van 61,30 km².
In juni 1969 werden de gemeenten Hau, Louisendorf, Schneppenbaum en Till-Moyland van het Amt Till, alsook de gemeente Huisberden van het Amt Griethausen samengevoegd tot de nieuwe gemeente Bedburg-Hau. Bedburg met Marienstift Bedburg was van oorsprong het grootste kerspel in de buurt en Hau was de grootste gemeente van het toenmalige Amt Till. Haar naam dankt de gemeente aan de bij de kern Hau gebouwde psychiatrische inrichting Rheinische Kliniken Bedburg-Hau uit 1908/1912 en het station Bedburg-Hau van dezelfde datum.
