Stadtfeld Oost is een westelijk van het stadscentrum gelegen stadsdeel van Magdeburg met 26.116 inwoners op een oppervlakte van 3,2755 km².
Het stadsdeel wordt in het oosten begrensd door de Magdeburger Ring. In het zuiden vormt de spoorlijn Magdeburg–Braunschweig de grens met het stadsdeel Sudenburg, en in het westen scheidt de straat Westring–Europaring Stadtfeld Oost van Stadtfeld West. De noordelijke afsluiting vormen de Albert-Vater-Straße en het Rennetal. Er is een dichte woonbebouwing met voornamelijk meerlaagse gebouwen. Slechts in het zuidelijke deel zijn enkele bedrijvigheden gevestigd. De meest markante bouwwerken zijn de Pauluskerk en de Hermann-Gieseler-Halle. In de Martin-Agricola-Straße staat met 220 meter het langste woonblok van Magdeburg. Van west naar oost stroomt de Schrote, voor het grootste deel als open water, door het stadsdeel.
