Het Boxhagener Platz in Berlijn-Friedrichshain bevindt zich tussen de Grünberger Straße, de Krossener Straße, de Gärtnerstraße en de Gabriel-Max-Straße. Hij dankt zijn naam aan het voorwerk Boxhagen, waar de Boxhagener Straße, die parallel aan het plein ligt, op uitkomt. Voor 1900 droeg het plein de naam Platz D. De aanleg werd in 1903 voltooid.
Het in de volksmond Boxi genoemde plein dient in de buurt als centrale recreatieweide, ontmoetingsplaats, speelplaats voor kinderen en markt. Vooral de verschillende levensopvattingen van de diverse bevolkingsgroepen die in de wijk zijn gevestigd, zijn voelbaar. Het Boxhagener Platz staat als tuinmonument onder bescherming.
