De Wundershöhle is een natuurlijke karsthole bij Muggendorf, een deelgemeente van de Oberfranken gemeente Wiesenttal in de Landkreis Forchheim in Beieren.
Samen met de Witzenhöhle en de Oswaldhöhle behoort ze genetisch tot een enkel systeem. Pas met de insnijding van de Wiesent werden de grotten van elkaar gescheiden. De Wundershöhle is met de Witzenhöhle verbonden door een sleuf. Ongeveer 25 meter van de Oswaldhöhle is de lage ingang. Te vinden is hij onder een rotsdak aan de voet van een trap rechts in oostelijke richting.
