De Frankenalb-Kliniek Engelthal in de gemeente Engelthal in het Nürnberger Land is een specialistenkliniek voor psychiatrie, psychotherapie en psychosomatiek. Het is een instelling van de gemeentelijke onderneming Bezirkskliniken Mittelfranken, waartoe ook het Bezirksklinikum Ansbach, het Klinikum am Europakanal in Erlangen, het sociotherapeutisch woonhuis Eggenhof in Uttenreuth en het sociotherapeutisch woon- en zorgcentrum in Ansbach behoren.
De Frankenalb-Kliniek werd in 1898 op de Reschenberg gebouwd en in 1900 in bedrijf genomen als longgeneeskundige instelling met 100 bedden. Tussen de periodes was het een kinderhuis tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog. In 1973 specialiseerde het huis zich in de behandeling van psychische aandoeningen.
