Het Leutratal en Cospoth is een natuurreservaat in de zelfstandig bestuurde stad Jena en in de Saale-Holzland-Kreis in Thüringen. Het NSG, dat zich ten zuiden van de kernstad Jena bevindt, heeft een oppervlakte van 582,9 ha. De vallei van de Leutra en het gebied rondom de 397 meter hoge Cospoth maken deel uit van het natuurreservaat.
Het natuurreservaat ligt in het gebied van de Ilm-Saale- en Ohrdrufer Platte en ligt tussen de Jenaanse stadsdelen Ammerbach, Göschwitz, Leutra en Winzerla, evenals de plaatsen Nennsdorf, Oßmaritz en Schorba die behoren tot de gemeente Bucha.
