Het Landstuhl Regionale Medisch Centrum is een overzees militair ziekenhuis dat wordt beheerd door het Amerikaanse leger. Het is het grootste Amerikaanse militaire ziekenhuis buiten de continentale Verenigde Staten. Het ziekenhuis is gelegen in Wilson Barracks in de Duitse stad Landstuhl en was het dichtstbijzijnde behandelcentrum voor personeel dat gewond raakte in de Oorlog tegen Terrorisme. Het bedient leden van de Amerikaanse strijdkrachten, militaire gepensioneerden en hun in aanmerking komende gezinsleden.
