De Clever Au is een beek in de gemeente Stockelsdorf en de stad Bad Schwartau in de Kreis Ostholstein in Schleswig-Holstein.
De Clever Au ontspringt in het noordelijke deel van de gemeente Stockelsdorf – ten westen van Pohnsdorf en ten noorden van Arfrade. Ze stroomt eerst zuidwaarts, waarbij ze zich met talrijke beken verenigt, door het dorp Arfrade, kort daarna verandert ze haar verloop in oostelijke richting naar de stad Bad Schwartau, waar ze in de wijk Rensefeld tot een molenven wordt gestuwd. Iets achter het molenven stroomt ze zuidwaarts en mondt dicht bij de A 1 uit in de Tremser Teich, die naar het oosten via de Mühlenbach in het Altwasser van de Trave afwatert.
