De Zorge is een 39,6 km lange, noordwestelijke en linkse zijrivier van de Helme in de Landkreis Göttingen in Nedersaksen en in de Landkreis Nordhausen in Thüringen. In vele bronnen wordt Zorge vertaald als wilde rivier.
De Zorge ontstaat in Nedersaksen in de Harz en binnen het natuurpark Harz door de samenvloeiing van de Wolfsbach en Sprakelbach in het midden van het bovenste deel van het dorp Zorge op ongeveer 352 m boven NHN. De Wolfsbach heeft op zijn beurt verschillende bronbeken. De bron van de Grote Wolfsbach heeft de langste stromingsweg en is als hoofdbron van de Zorge geclassificeerd. Ze ligt net onder 570 m boven NHN bij het sportveld van Hohegeiß.
