De Lutterbron of Lutterspring is een grote karstbron in Niedersachsen op de hoogvlakte van de Elm. Hier ontspringt de Lutter, die later in de Schunter uitmondt. De bron bevindt zich in een vallei aan de Landstraße 290 bij Königslutter in de Landkreis Helmstedt.
De Lutterbronnen hebben een dagelijkse afvoer van gemiddeld 230 l per seconde en behoren daarmee, naast de Rhumebron, tot de sterkste bronnen van Noord-Duitsland.
