De Johanneskirche Dömitz is de kerk van de parochie Dömitz in het proosdij Parchim in het kerkelijk district Mecklenburg van de Evangelisch-Lutherse Kerk in Noord-Duitsland.
Sinds 1195 is er een kerk in Dömitz geregistreerd. De Johanneskirche is al het vierde kerkgebouw, aangezien de voorgangerkerken telkens vanwege bouwvalligheid of na een stadsbrand moesten worden afgebroken. De bouw van de huidige stadskerk vond plaats van 1869 tot 1872 volgens de plannen van de Schweriner architect Oppermann op de plaats van de voorgangerkerk, de hoogste verhoging in het stadsgebied. De kerk werd op 20 oktober 1872 ingewijd in het bijzijn van haar beschermheer groothertog Friedrich Franz II.
