De Johannes a Lasco Bibliotheek is een extra-universitaire, openbare en voor iedereen toegankelijke speciaalbibliotheek en onderwijsinstelling in Emden. De naam is vernoemd naar de uit Polen afkomstige reformator Johannes a Lasco, die tussen 1540 en 1555 in Emden actief was. Bijzondere verzamelgebieden zijn de geschiedenis en theologie van het gereformeerde protestantisme, de belijdenisgeschiedenis van de Vroegmoderne Tijd en de regionale geschiedenis van Oost-Friesland. Het is de belangrijkste bibliotheek in zijn soort. Bovendien heeft het huis ook een aanzienlijke museale afdeling.
