De Thunebach is een 6,7 km lange, orografisch rechter zijrivier van de Lippe in het Noordrijn-Westfalen Bad Lippspringe, Duitsland.
De rivier ontspringt aan een bifurcatie in het noorden van Schlangen. Op een hoogte van 174 m boven NHN wordt daar water van de Strothe in de Schlänger Bach afgegeven. Laatstgenoemde stroomt vervolgens in zuidelijke richting door Schlangen. Bij Gut Dedinghausen verandert de naam van de beek en heet nu Thunebach. Hier wendt de loop zich naar het zuidwesten en bereikt de oostelijke rand van Bad Lippspringe. Enige tijd later stroomt de beek door het Jordanpark. Hier voegt de uit de Jordanbron ontspringende Jordan zich bij de Thunebach en geeft de beek zijn naam voor het gedeelte tot de monding in de Lippe.
