De Holzbach is een 2,6 km lange, orografisch rechter zijrivier van de Erft in het Noordrijn-Westfalen Kirspenich, Duitsland.
De Holzbach ontspringt ten zuidwesten van Kirspenich op een hoogte van 279 m boven NN. Hij stroomt voornamelijk in noordwestelijke richtingen. Zonder dorpen te doorstromen bereikt de beek de zuidoostelijke rand van Kirspenich, waar de onbenoembare, met 3,5 km echter langere zijrivier aan de linkerkant uitmondt. Na het doorstromen van Kirspenich mondt de Holzbach op 219 m boven NN aan de rechterkant in de Erft uit.
