Lindwerder, ook wel Gatower Lindwerder genoemd, is een eiland dat zich bevindt in het deel van de Havelseen dat tot de Berlijnse wijk Steglitz-Zehlendorf behoort.
Het 2,2 ha grote ovale eiland Lindwerder is de rest van een ooit ongeveer drie keer zo grote ijstijd moreneplaat. Het ligt ongeveer 200 meter van de oostelijke oever van de Havel bij het Grunewald, tussen de Lieper Baai in het noorden en de kleine Steinlanke in het zuiden. De namen Lipa en Lanke getuigen van eerdere Slawische bewoning van het zuidwesten van Berlijn. De Linde is nog steeds met 56 exemplaren de meest voorkomende boom op Lindwerder.
