De Academie voor Buitenlands Beleid is de opleidings- en trainingsinstelling van het Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken. Sinds 2006 is ze gevestigd op het schiereiland Reiherwerder bij de Tegeler See in Berlijn-Tegel, daarvoor vanaf 1973 in de Bonner wijk Ippendorf. Het centrale gebouw van dit terrein is Villa Borsig, dat het gastenverblijf van de minister van Buitenlandse Zaken is.
Bij de Academie worden voornamelijk de kandidaten voor de middelste, hogere en hogere diplomatieke dienst voorbereid op hun nieuwe taken. Ze herbergt gelijktijdig de afdeling "Buitenlandse Zaken" van de Hogeschool van de Federale Overheid voor Openbare Bestuur. Ook worden hier bijscholingsmaatregelen van het Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken uitgevoerd.
