Het Alexander-von-Humboldt-Gymnasium is een gymnasium met een natuurwetenschappelijk profiel, gelegen in de Berlijnse wijk Spindlersfeld van het stadsdeel Köpenick nabij de Spree. De naar Alexander von Humboldt vernoemde school is de opvolger van de Dorotheenschule in Köpenick.
Het hoofdgebouw op de hoek van de Oberspree- en Mentzelstraße werd volgens plannen en onder leiding van de architect Max Taut gebouwd in de jaren 1928–1929 in Bauhausstijl. Bij de hoofdingang is een keramisch reliëf van Rudolf Belling aangebracht, dat de heilige Dorothea toont terwijl ze brood aan vluchtelingen uitdeelt. De ontvangsthal heeft een meerlaags trap en verbindt het vijf verdiepingen tellende, licht gebogen klasgebouw met de gymzaal langs de Mentzelstraße met het gebouw langs de Oberspreestraße.
