Glienecke is een wijk van de stad Ziesar in de Landkreis Potsdam-Mittelmark in Brandenburg. Het voorheen zelfstandige dorp werd op 1 maart 2002 ingelijfd bij Ziesar.
Het dorp Glienecke ligt ongeveer een kilometer ten zuiden van het Fiener Bruch. Door het dorp stroomt de Strepenbach, die iets ten noordwesten in de Buckau uitmondt. Kort voor de monding neemt hij het water van de Litzenbach op. Door Glienecke loopt de provinciale weg 93, een kilometer ten zuiden leidt de route van de autobahn 2 langs het dorp.
