De Rappbodetalsperre of Rappbode-Talsperre is een groot stuwmeer in de Harz, in de gemeente Oberharz am Brocken in de Landkreis Harz in Saksen-Anhalt. Het ligt tussen de plaatsen Hasselfelde, Tanne, Elbingerode en Thale.
Het stuwmeer stuwt de Rappbode met zijn 106 m hoge stuwdam, de grootste van Duitsland. De Rappbodetalsperre is met een volume van 109,08 miljoen m³, het grootste stuwmeer van de Harz. De Rappbodetalsperre is na de Grote Dhüntalsperre het grootste stuwmeer - als drinkwaterreservoir - van Duitsland.
