Het kasteel Holsthum, ook wel herenhuis Laeis genoemd, is een herenhuis in de gemeente Holsthum in de rijnland-pfälzische Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm. Het staat als cultuurmonument onder monumentenzorg en is opgenomen in de lijst van cultuurmonumenten in Holsthum.
Het huidige herenhuis, een achtasige pleisterbouw met een met leisteen bedekt mansardedak en een krüppelwalm, werd in 1789 gebouwd door de officier Johann Dominik Laeis en zijn zoon Matthias Dominik Laeis met toestemming van barones Marie Therese von Schmidtburg, geboren von Eltz-Rodendorf. In de 15de eeuw was de familie von Nickenich eigenaar van Holsthum, vanaf 1496 de Burscheider lijn van de heren van Metternich. Vanaf 1753 waren de vrijheren Schenk von Schmidtburg eigenaar van de Holsthumer Hof.
