De Nieuwe Saline in Bad Reichenhall, Landkreis Berchtesgadener Land, Bayern, is een zoutfabriek van de Zuidwestduitse Zoutfabrieken AG. Hier worden de Bad Reichenhaller zoutproducten gekookt uit de pekel die via een pekelleiding naar Bad Reichenhall wordt gepompt uit de zoutmijn Berchtesgaden en van boringen in Bad Reichenhall. De Nieuwe Saline nam tussen 1926 en 1929 geleidelijk de productie over van de Oude Saline.
In Bad Reichenhall wordt sinds het jaar 696 ononderbroken zout geproduceerd. De zoutfabriek is daarmee een van de oudste bedrijven ter wereld.
