De Bieke is een 1,7 km lange, orografisch rechte zijrivier van de Glenne in het noordrijn-westfaalse Brilon, Duitsland.
De Bieke ontspringt ongeveer 175 m oost-zuidoostelijk van de dorpsrand van Rixen op een hoogte van 488 m boven zeeniveau. Van hieruit stroomt zij eerst in noordwestelijke richtingen. Na het onderdoorgaan van de Rixener Dorfstraße richt de beek zich meer naar het westen. Na een stroomafstand van 1,7 km mondt de Bieke op 419 m boven zeeniveau rechts in de Glenne uit. Bij een hoogteverschil van 69 m bedraagt de gemiddelde bodemverval 40,6 ‰. Het ongeveer 1,355 km² grote verzorgingsgebied wordt via de Glenne, Möhne, Ruhr en Rijn naar de Noordzee afgewaterd.
