SV Waldhof Mannheim is een Duitse sportclub uit Mannheim, Baden-Württemberg. De voetbalafdeling speelde van 1983 tot 1990 in de Bundesliga. De club is bekend vanwege zijn excellente jeugdopleiding en bracht spelers als Bernd Förster, Karlheinz Förster, Jürgen Kohler, Maurizio Gaudino, Uwe Rahn en Christian Wörns voort. De club speelt in het Carl-Benz-Stadion en trekt ondanks het feit dat ze voornamelijk in de hogere amateurreeksen spelen nog duizenden toeschouwers.
