De Hensbach of Gailbach is een 8,7 km lange, rechter en oostelijke zijrivier van de Main in het Beierse Spessart.
De Hensbach ontspringt als Obersölchgraben zuidoostelijk van Aschaffenburg-Gailbach bij de Gailbachbron. Wanneer deze op droge dagen af en toe opdroogt, ontstaat de beek uit kleine bronnen aan de voet van de Weißberg, zoals de Siegmunds- of Siegmannsbron. Een steen bij de Gailbachbron is in 2005 door de plaatselijke vereniging geplaatst.
