De Hochmoselbrug is een verkeersbrug die deel uitmaakt van de 25 kilometer lange Hochmoselovergang in Rijnland-Palts, waarvan de verkeersopening op 21 november 2019 plaatsvond. Ze voert de Bundesstraße 50 met vier rijstroken en twee vluchtstroken van de Eifel over de diep ingesneden Moezelvallei tussen Ürzig en Zeltingen-Rachtig op maximaal 158 m hoogte in de Hunsrück. Daarbij worden de Moezel bij rivierkilometer 120,8 evenals onder andere de Bundesstraße 53 en de Landesstraße 189 gekruist. De brug kostte ongeveer 175 miljoen euro, het totale project Hochmoselovergang ongeveer 480 miljoen euro. Met 158 m is het de op één na hoogste brug van Duitsland, na de Kochertalbrug.
