De Sieberstollen is een wateroplossingsstollen van de mijnbouw in de Oberharz. De naam van de stollen is afgeleid van de Sieber, waarheen hij zijn water leidt. De ingang is tevens aan de Sieberberg.
Een 11,7 km lang deel van de 13,1 km lange Sieberstollen werd in 2010 erkend als een onderdeel van het Oberharzer Waterregal en toegevoegd aan de UNESCO Werelderfgoedlijst.
