De Ottoberg is een oostelijke voorberg van de Weberberg in het Zittauergebergte. Zijn onbewoste rotsachtige top ligt in de gemeente Waltersdorf in de gemeente Großschönau.
De Ottoberg bevindt zich ten zuidwesten van Waltersdorf tussen de dalen van de Pfarrbach en Kohlflössels, die beide hun oorsprong vinden in het westelijk gelegen brongebied van de Weberborn. Ten noordoosten ligt de Sängerhöhe. Naar het oosten loopt de berg af naar het dal van de Waltersdorfer Dorfbach. In het oosten verheft zich de Butterberg, in het zuidoosten de Sonneberg, ten zuiden de Lausche en in het zuidwesten de Dreiecker.
