Het kasteel Ostramondra staat in de gemeente Ostramondra op een voormalige waterburcht aan de samenvloeiing van de beken Schafau en Krebsbach in de Landkreis Sömmerda in Thüringen.
De graven van Stolberg beleenden Hans Knauth in 1461 met het riddergoed en 1700 morgen land, wat een economische basis vormde voor het onderhoud van de waterburcht.
