Het Pleiser Hügelland, algemeen bekend onder de naam Pleiser Ländchen, is een heuvelachtig landschap dat tot goed 235 m hoog is, gelegen in het zuidelijke Noordrijn-Westfalen in de Rhein-Sieg-Kreis en in het oosten van de stad Bonn. Het grenst in het noorden aan het Siegtal en in het noordwesten aan het Rijndal, met het Siebengebirge dat tot 461 m hoog is in het noorden en de nabijgelegen Niederwesterwald die ongeveer 300 m hoog is in het noordwesten. Door de regio lopen de Pleisbach en Hanfbach.
