De Rhönschule Gersfeld is een coöperatieve basisschool van de Landkreis Fulda in de stad Gersfeld in Oost-Hessen.
De school, gelegen in de Rhön aan de voet van de Wasserkuppe, behoort tot de geografisch hoogstgelegen onderwijsinstellingen van de deelstaat Hessen. In het schooljaar 2018/19 worden in de hoofd-, real- en gymnasiale tak onder het motto "Samen leven - samen leren" ongeveer 527 leerlingen door 55 leraren onderwezen. De drie schooltypen zijn ruimtelijk, organisatorisch en pedagogisch nauw met elkaar verbonden en moeten zo een doorstroming tussen de schooltypen mogelijk maken. De school hecht veel waarde aan een intensieve verankering in de regio en de regionale context in het onderwijs.
