Het station Casekow is een halte, voorheen station, in de gemeente Casekow in de Landkreis Uckermark. Het werd geopend in 1857 aan de Stettiner Bahn. Tussen 1899 en 1945 vertakte ook de Kleinbahn Casekow–Penkun–Oder. Sinds 1994 is het alleen nog een halte.
De halte bevindt zich op kilometer 99,6 van de Stettiner Bahn, ongeveer 500 meter ten noorden van het dorpscentrum van Casekow in de Landkreis Uckermark. Het grenst aan de Bahnhofstraße en de Woltersdorfer Straße. De naburige stations zijn Petershagen, ongeveer vier kilometer verder naar het noordoosten, en Schönow vijf kilometer ten zuidwesten. Het station ligt in het verkeerssysteem van Berlijn-Brandenburg, kortweg VBB.
