Het Erbprinzelijke Palais was een paleis in Dessau, Saksen-Anhalt. Het bevond zich aan de Kavalierstraße. Het paleis werd ook wel het Erbprinzenpaleis of Hertogelijk Paleis genoemd. Het was een residentie van de hertogen van Anhalt. Tegenwoordig bevindt zich op het terrein van het paleis het stadspark Dessau.
Vorst Leopold I van Anhalt-Dessau liet voor zijn zoon prins Moritz een paleis aan de Kavalierstraße bouwen. Het werd in 1740 voltooid en prins Moritz woonde in het gebouw tot aan zijn dood in 1760. Vervolgens woonde daar de ongehuwde prins Eugen, een Pruisische generaal-majoor en Saksische veldmaarskalk. In 1785 verhuisde op aandringen van vorst Leopold III. Friedrich Franz een school naar het gebouw. Rond 1880 werd het oude paleis afgebroken, omdat al het hout door wormen was aangetast en door schimmel was besmet.
